PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.
Additionally, we support Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other wallets as well as Affirm financing. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
ORDERS
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by clicking here or submitting your request via "Contact Us" form or email info@toviperformance.com as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please click here or reachout to our support team via the "Contact Us" form or by emailing info@toviperformance.com as soon as the order is placed. Once 48 hours has elapsed after the order is received, we will not be able to cancel the order.
If you wish to cancel a shipping item you must receive the item fully and ship it back out to the original shipping address. All eligible orders for return are processed with a 30% restocking fee and the shipping cost will not be refunded.
How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

How do I track the progress of an order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and or text notification with tracking information of the order. You can also track your order by logging in to your account here.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. For further assistance, please contact us through 'contact us' form or click here.
Once an order has been shipped we cannot change the shipping address.
SHIPPING
What is the status of my order?
After placing an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.
For in-stock items, orders are typically shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS within 1-3 business days after receiving the order. Special order items, which are handcrafted for you, require a minimum production time of 4-6 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another confirmation email with tracking information.
Can you do same day shipping?
For special handling requests it's best to contact our support team by clicking here or via the "Contact Us" form. We do offer same day shipping for in stock items yes, for certain circumstances and can offer expedited shipping for an additional charge if needed.
How long will it take to ship my order?
We do offer same-day shipping for in-stock items under certain conditions and can provide expedited shipping for an additional fee if needed. For special handling requests, it’s best to contact our support team via the "Contact Us" form.
In-stock items are usually fulfilled within 3-7 business days after your order is received.
TSO (ToVi Special Operations) items may require a 6-8 week production time if they are not in stock.

Where do you ship?
We currently offer worldwide shipping for just about most countries! The lower 48 US States are available with flat rate "Ground" speed shipping and can be upgraded to expedited at checkout for an additional cost based on the items in the cart and where it's shipping to.
For the most accurate shipping quote on international shipments, you'll want to add the item to your cart via our website and walk through our stores checkout process as the items in your cart and the exact address it is going to will determine the shipping rate! Just as a heads up the price at checkout will not include prepaid duties or taxes so you will need to cover that on your end for the package to clear customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the items are completely unused and in the same condition that it was received. All eligible orders for return are processed with a 30% restocking fee.

Can I exchange an item?
How do I make a return?
For an order to be eligible for return, you must reach out within 14 days of delivery and as long as the items are completely unused and in the same condition that it was received we can process a return. All eligible orders for return are processed with a 30% restocking fee. To initiate a return all the items of the order and its original packaging will need to be boxed up and taken to your local postage store to be sent back to the original sending address.

GENERAL
How do I install my exhaust system?
Installation will vary depending on whether you’re installing a bolt on and/or vehicle specific system that will need to be custom fabricated in place.
Can I reuse my OEM valves?
Depending on the exact system and configuration, yes many of our exhaust setups allow you to reuse factory valve control. Whether it's the factory valves in your M5 or the vacuum setup on your NPP Corvette exhaust with our Universal valved mufflers, many vehicles and platforms can allow for the reuse of the OEM valve control. Lots of vehicles like the G8x however can benefit from the use of our standalone controller, this is because the factory valves are only open 100% of the way at idle. Even in the Sport modes with the in car button toggled, once rolling the exhaust flaps are operating based on throttle input and the car is very quiet. If installed with our standalone controller the customer will notice a TON more sound with our setup and it completely changes the driving experience!
Do you have physical stores?
Currently local pickup is available at our facility located in Orlando, FL.
I don't see a system for my car, how can I add valve technology?
For vehicle's we don't offer a bolt on solution for, we'd recommend our Universal kit in place of the factory muffler or even used on a custom or aftermarket system for increase of sound and flexibility of valve control at the touch of a button! Our kit is available with optional tips as well upon checkout to finish off the look! For installation we recommend working with your local automotive/muffler shop as they will be able to best assist with welding our valved mufflers in place for longevity! Is there a warranty?
Product Warranty
1 year:
Valvetronic Designs Universal Valved Muffler Kits come with a 1 year warranty from purchase date. This warranty covers the vacuum control box and muffler. No external wires hoses or attachments are covered under this warranty. Indisputable photo and video evidence must be provided in an order issues claim in the case of a universal muffler kit failure.
